Once upon a time, I had aspirations of becoming a high school biology teacher, but fate (and a challenging job market) had other plans for me. I decided to make a pivot shortly after college and was fortuitous enough to find a job as a phone support representative for Google Ads out of Google’s Ann Arbor, MI office.
At Google, I went through a Google Ads “boot camp” and after a few months taking inbound support calls from small businesses across the country, I earned a promotion to Quality Assurance Manager for our team.
Troubleshooting thousands of Google Ad accounts was a rewarding experience, but it left with me a desire to go deeper. After my time at Google, I transitioned to agency work. During my 10 years at three different agencies, I had the pleasure of helping businesses, big and small, reach new customers through Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. etc.
